I am transforming
I am vibrating
Look at me now
Nick Cave “Jubilee Street”
Cliches abound but it is hard to remain completely emotionless when exposed to a romance that spans centuries.
Michael Keaton stops me in my scrolling tracks every single time. I never knew this movie existed. And it has Al Pacino too. How long were people going to keep this movie from me?
Sleepy, low-key delivery that never makes me burst out laughing (well, a few times), but keeps me on the hook waiting for the delivery of his next sly observation. His humor operates on a continuous simmer that is kind of dark but never mean. I could listen to him talk for a very long time. His “realization” that he would rather throw out his incorrect milk/coffee/whipped cream than have to deal with ordering again or explaining himself is so perfect.
