Such an imaginative premise with a storyline to keep you engaged as our MC Alex must not only escape the law but death itself. Back in 2000 this could have been such an interesting film to go see in cinemas but sadly it was let down by some outlandish moments such as the teachers death and also the cinematography could have been a bit more mobile and experimental with its choice of angels.
I think this will be the more generously rated film in the franchise as it did bring about an interesting theme of escaping death

Honestly, this looked so promising and fun. I was waiting to be scared but by the horrific stories not by the stupid, childish, irratible jumpscares. All they’re going to do is make me jump and not focus on the suspense and horror but rather focus on regaining what dignity I have left after jumping. It’s not for me,  I’d much rather be scared by the narrative than the special effects department thank you

My favourite shot of the film came during the post credit scene and sadly that’s the only shot that caught my eye.

The subtle horror such as the hidden demonic eyes and the child’s ghost moving between shadows was…

    Repeated formula and stale acting.

I was hoping it would be heartfelt, instead I found myself just not caring for the film at all.

I was more surprised by the large amount of crisps in my bag of Doritos than I was at the plot.
