This movie is gut wrenching, uplifting, frustrating, and wholesome all at once. Timothee chalamet drives all of these emotions-he’s so versatile in his performance, but what bounds it all together is it’s humanity.
Nic’s personal issues are deeply human and relatable, which really hammers home the message that this could happen to anyone: Someone with nothing, or someone with everything-a loving family, an education, talent, etc.
