Man, although I respect that without this movie there won't be any Breakfast Club; it doesn't cut the fact that this clearly shows to be an obligation teen movie (that this movie had to have raunchy jokes, awkward humor and over the top situations in some scenes) and honestly the romance between Jake and Sam was quite unnecessary and forced (compared to Pretty In Pink, despite it wasn't directed by Hughes).

Honestly; I was quite excited by this one this year (mainly because I thought some of the robots designs were quite cool and the concept wasn't bad and like many of you, I was curious on seeing what The Russo Brothers had in mind for this); the result was a generic, run in the mill action movie that doesn't do anything new or inventive with the interesting story what comes from.
