I chose to watch this in the middle of my midterm week. Safe to say I don't regret my decision!!
In true Bong Joon Ho fashion, the complexities of capitalism and social discourse in this film is strong and insanely stylistic. The notion of everyone and everything is replaceable in a capitalistic society through the lens of expendables is strong, thorough, and consistent.
Despite this, I genuinely think that the most interesting part of the movie was when Mickey 17…
