Visually impressive René Laloux animated fantasy has the bizarre world-building and colorful visuals one would expect, although the film as a whole is a bit too concerned with its cerebral storyline. This may be better fodder for sci-fi and fantasy enthusiasts who thrive on philosophic time/space hypotheticals. The short runtime and artistry are a benefit to average audiences or those with altered consciousness. English version does not include the original soundtrack.
