What a lovely film. One that could easily become a comfort film for many, I feel.
Had the pleasure of watching this with my good buddy Matt at the Manchester Film Festival.

Never seen any version of BATB before.
I definitely enjoyed this.

Came into this completely blind, and was very very pleasantly surprised.
Ralph Fiennes never ever fails to deliver.
The Tooch and Lithgow were pretty good, but Lucian Msamati and Carlos Diehz were stand-out.
I’ve been informed Diehz started acting in 2020 - WHAAAAT! *researches acting schools*.
Easily the best ending there will be to a film in 2024.
Also, I know shit all about colour palettes/grading/contrast/schemes but the reds and whites were so sharp and vivid; I loved it.
