The Apprentice 2024
Ok but disappointing- predictable (as to be expected with a biopic-esque) but lacked shock and beyond the very laziest humour. Nonetheless very interesting visually and strong acting (Jeremy Strong as per + Maria Bakalova) although Sebastian Stan went from being incredibly subtle to full-blown impression. Overall, fine.

This one needs explaining: at times felt like the worst film I’d seen in a long time and then once I clocked that the camp was intentional and that it had become a comedy it really did it well. Helped that the cinema was loud with reactions and went with friends.
