  Literally I am in tears writing this. Such an epic final scene, a last wave to remember. Watched this partly on Emma’s Toshiba and partly on my phone when the DVD started glitching. This movie has a little bit of everything, romance, competition, some good old fun and do or die moments. And the protagonist has one blue eye and one brown eye. Girls lay pipe. Icing on top is the banging soundtrack.

  I cannot remember hating a movie more. Maybe I never have. I was curious about this movie because this guy with a podcast called Chimerical told me about it in our conversation about what happens after you die. We had a great conversation but this movie was awful. I felt depressed by the main character’s I’m-rubber-you’re-glue-everything-you-say bounces-off-me-and-sticks-to-you attitude.
