Looking through the lens of journalists at a modern day war torn America is a great idea. Too bad instead we just watched those journalists take a road trip for 80% of the movie, none of whom have a compelling enough character written for them to make the audience care. Laughably bad dialogue, an unbelievable amount of cliches, and the fear of making any actual point about our current political climate made it hard to get through. The action scenes were legitimately gripping but couldn't make up enough ground for all of the flaws.
