Rosemary's Baby 1968
I greatly enjoyed watching this film. The slow build-up of tension and its eventual release was amazing, everything was. The acting, the cinematography, and the cohesiveness, Jesus. I have a certain soft spot for movies that unravel and explain everything in the last act, which is exactly what happened in Rosemary's Baby: everything seemed to line up perfectly, all of the confusion resolved. I don't have the ability to express into words just how much I liked this movie.

A really, really beautiful movie.
What stole the show here was definitely the dialogue, it just felt so organic and real: filled with the beginning awkwardness and chemistry of any relationship. To say that the writing here was clever would be an understatement. Every couple of lines made me really reflect on the rawness of life and love.
