The Substance 2024
This was a pleasant surprise. No, I don’t mean to say it was “pleasant” to watch, as the other reviewers accurately pointed out it does get increasingly more disgusting by the end. Rather, I was shocked by how the director used weirdness to say things of intellectual merit.
