I did not enjoy this film. I saw a lot of super high praise across social media, but this is an absolute wreck of poor performances and clichés. The writing here is painfully thin-it feels simultaneously written by a 16 year old who has no conception of anyone's interior life and a 60 year old who was born at age 40.

This is a brutal watch. There's a lot going on here-much more than I anticipated when I sat down. I saw this at a Screen Unseen, and I had purposely avoided marketing materials (the few that did exist) for this. I had no plans to see it, actually, given Majors' involvement. Within the constraints of the Screen Unseen, though, I found this an immensely powerful watch.
