In the beginning of this movie, Tashi calls tennis a relationship. What a perfect metaphor for her character, where all her decisions and all her dialogue are veiled (or blatantly) about the pursuit and success of tennis. Her relationships (and their failure) are all because of tennis, and at the end of the day, tennis really is her one love.
