  I actually refuse to watch this. I've read the plot, I've seen other reviews, I've heard the "songs", if you could even call them that, and the terrible singing from everyone involved. I've seen the horrible comments from both Karla Sofia Gascón and Jacques Audiard.

  Our 2024 Best Picture Winner. Best Editing, Best Director, Best Original Screenplay, and Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role.

  Seeing this again, only this time in a theatre, I could see why each category was won.

  "Anora" wasn't my personal choice for any of those, but it is certainly a worthy candidate for each... and a very worthy Best Picture winner.
