  Funny Games for the next generation? This film is clearly inspired by Haneke, but there seems to be something missing for me. While the majority of the film can’t be faulted, the acting, cinematography, pacing, the building of tension was all expertly handled, but it’s the ending where things fall a bit flat for me. While Haneke seemed to handle the denouement in Funny Games with a sense of awareness and focus the final minutes of Speak No Evil felt…
