Kinda funny at times but ultimately tedious and over-produced action-comedy slop. Didn’t care about any of the characters or what became of them—which is crazy because the cast was so good (minus Joey King). Turned it off with 30 min left to go.

As a musical, this pmo. It seemed like an afterthought, and every time someone started singing, it felt like a jump scare. The songs are not good and added little depth or texture to the story, which is made worse by having weak singers in the lead roles.
Even leaving that aside, the story itself is half baked. It is more interested in its ostentatious premise than exploring Emilia’s inner life. Like, Emilia starts the movie as a ruthless drug cartel kingpin and ends it as a compassionate nonprofit director—but we never find out how or why her moral compass and worldview did a complete 180.
