  The Odd Couple is one of the most lovable movies ever made. Its comedy is understandable to any adult, its characters a perfect balance of realism and exaggeration, its situations great brewing pots for hilarity. Buddy comedies are a huge genre, but this film stands near the top effortlessly. Lemmon and Matthau bring home the gold, and keep it there right till the end. Definitely one of the best!
