as a genderfluid person, i felt as though i was being made fun of the whole movies. inconsistent tone between the writing and direction. this movie is awful for so many different reasons, leading the oscar nominations is wild.
A heart wrenching story with a brilliant score and perfect performances. This movie was one I had to watch for a film project and ending up absolutely loving. It’s a depiction on real historic events with some embellishments to make the story more entertaining to an audience, which I found out through later research. But overall this movie is a wonderful piece of art that I think everyone should go watch.
