  just rewatched in 3x speed bc im gonna be quizzed on it tomorrow lol 🥳added half a star bc i care abt this topic and history, timely ever-present themes of corporate/political greed (and greed in the scientific/medical community !!!) etcetc feel important at least to revisit

  oh wow I really really liked this.

  like the whole entire movie you’re waiting for something really dramatic and explosive to happen and it never actually does because the scandal already happened a long time ago but there’s still this sinister thing festering underneath constantly that leaves you feeling sick afterwards

  the actual interview of mary kay letourneau saying “who was the boss?” and how julianne moore says that exact line in the movie is insane
