Good film making interesting points but hard to sympathise with the lead who is joyless and snobbish.

Capturing the Friedmans 2003
Upon reflection I think this film was actually quite misogynistic. Everyone hates the mum but no reason is ever given. I understand the kids are all absolutely fucked up but I think they should have had another person being interviewed talking about everything they watched her go through to give more balance. It also seemed too long but I was vv tired when I watched it.
And David absolutely should be watched very closely. He has a totally warped view on his dad's sex offences which rings a lot of safeguarding bells for me!
