  I live in a part of the country where most men think they're the leads in one of Taylor Sheridan's movies even when they're actually middle managers or sales reps.

  Do you really need a Ram 2500 to get from your house to the professional plaza?

  It's exhausting. 

  I'm glad Sheridan is out there making movies that aren't about wealthy urban coastal creatives, but they are built on so much mythic cowboy bullshit masquerading as modern masculinity. It's a perspective I don't find all that refreshing, personally. 

  This movie is fine. Forgettable but not bad.

  Bowled over by how good this was. For me, the best Soderbergh since Oceans 11, no joke. An incredible mix of Le Carre spycraft, Agatha Christie murder mystery, and bank heist. Great performances across the board, sparkling dialogue, jazzy editing, tremendous score.

  Mom would have loved it.
