  AURORA HAIK 2019

  This is literally just 2 episodes out of the middle of a Norwegian TV show called HAIK, but it's Aurora so I WILL watch and log it. I absolutely adore this woman.
  The first episode is the road trip, intimate performances both by and for Aurora with some interview questions inbetween. All of which culminates in a concert in the woods.
  The second episode is an extended version of the woodland concert.
  The concert itself was beautiful, I cried a little during the performance of Runaway.

  Black Christmas 1974

  One of the earlier examples of the slasher subgenre and still one of it's best, as well a Christmas classic I revisit every year.
  Beautifully shot, with some great use of shadows. I'll keep it vague because spoilers, but that one scene interspersed with the carol singers is gloriously done.
  Not only is the film a tight, intense horror, it also has something to say, as it ventures into areas a lot of films from the 70s wouldn't.
