The Brutalist 2024
After watching both The Brutalist and Conclave i don’t understand how Emilia Perez and Anora even got anything. The stories aren’t original just full of overused tropes in Hollywood movies and trying to be “woke” ( well i still think Anora is a fun watch but honestly that’s it ). With The Brutalist and Conclave we get an inside into two worlds that we didn’t know much about before, two original stories told in a beautiful way with some great cinematography. Honestly the Oscars were a shit show this year.

Nicholas Cage looks fucking disgusting and not even in like scary horror movie way its just so cliche and campy , i knew it was going to be bad when she drew the triangle and when Nicholas Cage started singing and the whole connection to the devil was sooo stupid , they just say hail satan and “the man downstairs” , what’s up with the ball in the head , the black smoke that comes out wtf nothing makes sense…
