  A Christmas to Remember 2016

  I'm giving it a 2.5 because of the decor and setting. Otherwise it would be a 2.

  Maybe I missed it, but my big question is, did she wear the dead wife's clothing through the whole movie? Ew!

  I love these types of movies. I watched this one specifically for Sorvino. I've watched some bad movies in the past for her, but this was a bit rough. Her character was less annoying after the head injury. I usually love her acting, but not here. The male lead was fine.

  Update: I do believe the clothes are all supposed to belong to the grandma, maybe, but c'mon.

  Can You Feel the Beat: The Lisa Lisa Story 2025

  I was not familiar with this singer before watching this movie. Yes, I know it's a Lifetime movie. My expectations were based on that. As others said, I did learn about this singer and her backup singer from this. You can tell Lisa Lisa was integral to making it. She plays her mom in this movie.

  I would have been more interested in seeing more of how the other members of the band dealt with a lead singer coming in…

  It's not like this is bad for what it is, a feel good Christmas romance, but it lacks any real conflict. The male lead is also so overly nice that the only way this makes sense is if it were revealed he was actually a ghost or something, and couldn't even date her. Like if he were too good to be true. Spoiler: He is not.
