Immersive photography, beautiful shots, gripping action, very likeable characters. The great second act culminates into one of the best horror scenes I have ever seen. The film sadly loses steam from there and never picks the intensity back up.
Goofy buzzwordy centrist politics all around, but it does not harm the film too much. Still thoroughly enjoyed my second watch!

"Boobooboo it's US propaganda" Yeah? Your point? Every war film is a propaganda film, get a grip. If this piece of propaganda talking about the liberation of my country is this mature and well done, I don't really care if there's a lot of love shown to the USA flag in it. I have endless respect for the people who fought to liberate Europe from nazism, Soviet and Allies alike.
Whenever I feel like this is propaganda, I remember the American war films I grew up with which are definitely not.
