Avatar: The Way of Water 2022
While this is still an incredible movie, it feels like this didn’t have the magic that the first one did. The Navi/nature mystical connection is what I loved about the first so I would’ve liked the story of Sigourney Weaver’s daughter (Kiri) to be explored further. However, the connection of the sea Navi and the Tulkuns was incredible and definitely filled that hole sufficiently (but not perfectly). I still loved so much more than I didn’t about this movie. Four stars, no regrets. Those whales are the MVPs.
