Blue Velvet 1986
I unfortunately watched some of the (presumably) most pivotal scenes through squinted eyes with my hand covering most of my visual field. I did experience FOMO, but decided to put myself first.
A truly haunting awakening to chaotic evil in the midst of a most wholesome American small town idyll.
Did not enjoy the Freudian analyses I found on the inter-web after watching the film.
