Obscenely camp and unfortunately not always by design - and nothing Byronic nor inspiring in its titular vampire. Very fun experience but I do not see what this adds to the Nosferatu story except for an exquisitely graphic closing sequence and Willem Dafoe, whose non-casting in earlier installments represents an incomprehensible oversight. On an unrelated note, I think in ancient times I would also have made a fine priestess of Isis but have to make do in this absurd modern era.
