  Everything that bugged me about how people depict Frankenstein starts here and I hate it. Like most adaptations, it's just this gorilla beast that they let loose. The entire story is nothing like the book that I love. Even if I separate the film from that context, it still comes off as very boring and janky. 1927-1933 was the worst time for cinema. Anything great about this film can be found in better movies.

  Does it have the worst visual effects of any zombie movie?

  Does it make it good?
  No, it's actually the best.
  We've gotten so use to zombie movies that we forgot that zombies are people. The minimal makeup with regular clothes actually gives a more dramatic view of these creatures. I also love the heated talk show we are seeing being filmed. It adds literal drama to situation. It's also nice to have a more laid back approach with…
