Two movies crammed into one that is so blatantly divided by the assassination of Reinhard Heydrich. You never get a fully developed story of either side. It’s a shame because the story of Jan and Jozef is much more interesting than the “love story” the director tried to make of Heydrich and Rosamund Pike’s Lina in the first hour. I would be embarrassed if I was the director having released this a year after Anthropoid, a superior movie of Jan and Jozef, was released.
Save your time and queue up Anthropoid!
