A pretty good film! I really enjoyed it all the way through. A very interesting premise and Chris Hemsworth did a great job in this role. The message is good if not a little on the nose with some cringey dialogue.
Shit finger was a kind of hilarious side plot. From the start until the end it was just so funny.
So many things happening all at once. I felt like I was being overwhelmed with information, whilst simultaneously nothing happened. They kept repeating things from the first movie as well.
First off, stop trying to reheat Lin Manuel Miranda's nachos. No one can ever do it as good as he. The Maui song felt like they were trying to remake 'You're Welcome', and it was ASS. It's disappointing. Even the visuals looked like a cheap rip off.

Back when I started my degree, we were told to buy the "Animator's Survival Kit" and study it in our own time. I still use it to this day. It was made by the main animator guy on this, Richard Williams. I can really appreciate the technical work put into this and the animation history that this made. I also have only ever heard of Jessica Rabbit, and I thought she was a rabbit. A lovely lady with a beautiful dress and singing voice.
