Okay, strange, odd, somewhat creepy/ uncomfortable but with beautiful stop motion.

Three different stories about the house across three different times. One is supposed to be horror? (To me it came across as eerie and strange), one is dark comedy and third is emotional.

The animation was great but the stories could’ve connected better.

Good movie to teach kids the importance of not being materialistic and not being greedy. Younger me would've found this pretty interesting and tragic, kind of…

The only Tarantino movie I hadn’t seen. And have to say, it’s as Tarantino as it gets. It’s got his signature humour, weird quirks and homage to cinema (in this case older martial arts and Japanese films). It’s art.

Uma Thurman was amazing in this role. The movie obviously has a very unique feel to it, from its storytelling to its phenomenal visual/ audio design, action sequences and pacing.

Thought I’d seen this before but turns out that was “Argo”. Story is unique but was surprisingly bored most of the movie.

    1) whys Steve Buscemi in every weird movie
    2) Gaear does look like Walmart Ryan Gosling, now I get what your reviews meant lol
    3) A few cool camera shots in the movie. I also liked the way they made the reds in the movie (ie. blood/ snow pick) standout from the snow.

Pretty cool that this is written by the same author who wrote V for Vendetta.

Surprised I haven’t seen this movie before. Not a huge superhero movie/ comic person but I don’t think there’s a director who turns action graphic novels into movies like Zack Snyder. It was nice to see his style again (which I love from the 300). Noir, gritty and bold.

Two unexpected surprises - Dr. Manhattans johnson and seeing Jeffrey Dean Morgan as The Comedian after…
