second “surprise isabella rossellini” film in a row for me, nice
on paper this should’ve been right up my street, and though some moments did light that spark for second or two, it didn’t click enough in my heart.
maybe would appreciate more on a rewatch but i know deep down that i probably won’t choose to rewatch it tbh
i love an awkward slow burn romance, but sadly there wasn’t any romance or burn, so i just felt left with the awkward and slow

the visuals were nice, great colour grading. just not enough emotion to give it any substance…
