Objectively the best Puppet Master movie, possibly the best Full Moon movie. The story, acting, and effects are all great. It's not just good for a Full Moon film, it's a good film in general.

I didn’t really care for any of the characters, and it took a while to get going (for the first 20-25 minutes I questioned whether this was even a horror movie). But there were some decent kills, and the reveal of the killer wasn’t bad. I’m a big-time slasher guy, and this one had enough going for it that I’m glad I checked it out.
I can’t deny that this film was the laziest possible sequel they could have done, but the more I watch it the more I enjoy it. When Ricky goes full-on maniacal laughing rampage mode it is a joy to behold.
