One Piece Film Red 2022
I love, love, love this film. I wish I'd made it. It's a little confusing if you've never seen OP before, but the emotional core of the story shines through without a problem. The fight scenes kick ass, the songs are great, and although the film is a little long, it's a feature that I could watch over and over again. More anime musicals please

Magic Candies: I thought it was okay, a good balance of sentiment and technical execution.
In the Shadow of the Cypress: Ehh, this one ran rather long and was kind of thematically all over the place. It didn't really grab me. It was a lot about a lot: abuse, PTSD, anti-war, sacrifice, letting go of the past... I would have liked it more if it were pared down.
Yuck!: Pretty cute, but that's kind of all it was?
