  The Big Short 2015

  Despite struggling to fully understand the subject matter (the complicated workings of the financial market) I enjoyed the film as a whole. The performances were great and I appreciated the breaking of the 4th wall to try and help the viewer understand some of those complexities. That said, even with the film trying to explain, I still found it difficult to fully understand how everything worked (i.e. The swaps and shorting and buying and selling etc) I doubt I'm alone…

  I had not watched this movie for many many years. I actually forgot how much gore there was in this. Still a lot of fun and humor. dig it.

  Not the best anthology film. Easily not the worst anthology film. Debby Harry is a babe. The final story rules. Not sure if it holds up from how much i enjoyed it as a youngster but was still a very fun watch.

  In a world filled with god awful sequels, especially in the Horror world, this is one of the rare instances when the 2nd is better than the 1st. Finally finding its own footing and not just resting on paying its respects. A real treat.
