One of the funnier movies I've ever seen, reminds me a lot of the 1960s Batman movie. Many quotable moments, and I laughed many times.

I have never seen anything even remotely like this.
It's like Terence Malick just upped and invented a completely new tone for this movie. Nothing Kit does matches anything he says, and it's one of the most compelling portrayals I've ever seen.
There's some usage of wide shots in this that blow me away, it fully captures the emptiness that's central to this otherwise stock-standard forbidden love story.
I'm sure I have more thoughts about this, but not right now.
9/10, sufficiently stunned by this.
