Another film which falls into the category of "great idea, poor execution". The leads were great and had some really good chemistry, as was the older sister. The younger sister really brought nothing to the film other than a noisy distraction. I think the film just suffered from having too many characters in it to tell a compelling enough story. I'll stick this in the "disappointed" pile
There is little better than watching an everyday guy defy the odds and kick ass quite like Hutch does. Christopher Lloyd was great as ever and the action scenes, set to a banging soundtrack, were very satisfying to watch. Particular favourite moment was the car chase set to Heartbreaker. Top class 👌
It was kind of like a cross between Death Wish and The A-Team with an archetypical Spielberg hero at its core, and it was bloody great!

I just watched this fully for the first time and wanted to address a few things I picked up on. Including the GAY issue which seems to have heavily divided reviewers.

First time watching the full length version made for US tv. Not a bad effort at all for a made for TV movie. I think this version works better than the trimmed down version but is a little slow in places.
