I really enjoyed this! I was scared it would act too much like Kickass but instead I found a perfectly engaging action/comedy that knows exactly how not to jump into full slap-stick territory. None of the characters go overboard with their portrayals, and although some can act a little goofy, there's still a level of realism mixed in. The writers clearly had a blast with finding ways to incorporate the pain immunity into fights, but I've also gotta shout out…

A smart movie with the sin of having too much explaining to do. This is a strict drama with no action, and while I was drawn into the investigation, the middle felt dry as the script failed to fully capture me. Although a technically good flick, I can't help but think this would make a better short film.

The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie

    ★★★½

A fun movie for both kids and adults that successfully modernizes the looney tunes formula without alienating the original audiences. For example, the art style is fun and fluid while still using the "painted background" style to great comedic affect. An easy crowd pleaser that further highlights the mismanagement of WB that led to this almost never seeing the light of day.

Middle of the road marvel movie, I'm happy it tied up alot of loose ends however I wish it gave the leads a bit more of a spotlight with their ideologies. There were way too many characters that felt shoehorned in for unknown future purposes (optimistically). Harrison Ford had way more story beats to play with, even when ignoring the big red problem he has. Ultimately, Falcon and the Winter Soldier felt like a better sequel to the orignal Captain America trilogy while this take felt half baked.
