Watched this right after dune 2 and I gotta say that this doesn’t even come close in terms of cinematography or entertainment. Linklator where were the fight scenes?! Where was Timothee? Where was Austin Butler? Dennis Villeneuve is a master of his craft and truly blows Linkators works out the water. “May thy knife chip and shatter” is truly one of the coldest lines in cinema. The lack of Paul Atreides and Lisan Al Gaib was felt in this film. This film left me sucking my thumb fighting feverishly to stay awake.
"Oppenheimer" is a captivating celebration of cinematic freedom through its bold lack of structure. While some may find it disorienting, this non-linear approach allows the film to explore diverse themes and perspectives. Visually stunning, every frame is meticulously crafted to evoke emotions and meaning. This daring departure from traditional storytelling creates a unique cinematic journey that lingers in your mind, challenging the boundaries of what cinema can be. Embracing the beauty of artistic freedom, "Oppenheimer" is an unforgettable experience that leaves you pondering long after the credits roll.
This movie truly tested the bounds of cinematic creativity. Throughout the film, I was genuinely captivated by its departure from formal structure. While other directors adhere to a specific plan, Greta Gerwig boldly deviates from societal norms, challenging the conventions of our time. At times, I must admit that this lack of structure felt somewhat undermining to the art of cinema. Nevertheless, Ryan Gosling and Margot Robbie's performances were stellar, reaching a point where I could overlook these shortcomings. Overall, "Barbie" offers a distinct cinematic experience that I thoroughly enjoyed.
