    Dune: Part Two

Well made and excellent follow-up to Dune. While the series isn't for me, it's a quality modern blockbuster and well worth a watch.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest

    ★★★★

Dead Man's Chest is a good follow-up to Curse of the Black Pearl, introducing the amazing Davy Jones and deepening the lore of the Pirates of the Caribbean universe. The movie, however, falls a little short of it's franchise starter.

    The Lost World: Jurassic Park

    ★★★½

In Steven Spielberg's follow-up to the 1993 epic, Jurassic Park, The Lost World manages to be a decently good film. While some missteps are notable, the hatred this movie has received over the years is grossly disproportionate to the quality. If you haven't seen it in a while, give it a rewatch and prepare to be surprised.
