  Not without its charm, but definitely a pretty big step down from the previous one. 

  Tom Cruise remains great even if he feels like a completely different character. The action is a lot of fun and it’s clear how this one paves the way for the franchise to start really swinging for the fences with increasingly more insane set pieces.

  Best hair of the franchise and I love that it ends with two men tacking each other from motorcycles going directly at each other at top speed.

  Highlight of the film was my grandma loudly proclaiming to herself “that’s Joan Baez” every single time the character was on the screen, but other than that, this was a very generic biopic that had nothing to say and feels more surface level than just reading a Wikipedia article about Dylan.
