Was it what I expected? Definitely not. Did it make me quesy at times? Yes.
Did I laugh at it's absurdity while simultaneously contemplate it's deeper meaning? Yes.I thought the cinematography and use of natural lighting was beautiful. The color themes were also quite interesting.
What more can I ask from a movie than to be unique, make me laugh, and make me think. Was definitely worth a single watch. Also in regards to the ending.....he for sure did it.

The Quiet Girl 2022
Very truthful adaptation of Claire Keegans book "Foster". I loved the cinematography and color theory throughout the film. The director does an excellent job of showing us what every character is feeling/experiencing with direcly stating things via the dialogue. A heartbreaking story that is 100% worth the watch.
