A low concept, but a unique and interesting one.
Visually, it captivated me all the way through, but some highlights were the shots of the angels perched on buildings' ledges and on the statue's shoulder. The selective colour usage was cool too.
All the actors did a great job and the music fit perfectly.

I had high hopes for this movie, but got the most predictable movie I've seen since The Creator. Every character was generic and cliche, nothing really stands out about this movie. The sentimental scenes were corny.. The visuals weren't bad.

Possibly the best costume I've seen in any film. It's glorious.
The way the gills fold hither and thither, the upper neck puffs like that of a frog, the intricacy of the scales and webbing between the fingers, it's so GOOD.
I can't think of a time I cheered for the monster more than I did here.
