Under the Skin 2013
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
Having read the book beforehand, the film was disappointing. Apart from the setting and the main premise, important sections of the book were completely left out, which made it a lot less interesting than it could and probably should have been. The film redeemed itself with what was a slightly better ending than that of the book. The score was excellent and although the main character was nothing like in the book, Scarlett Johansson played the central role well.

An often bizarre, yet surprisingly funny film about a young man's dream of becoming a rock musician and its fulfillment in a rather unexpected fashion. Good performances and some good tunes and a theremin. I would have liked to have seen more of Carla and Frank's relationship. Definitely worth seeing.
