  Erie, powerful, sad. The director took some creative/fantastical liberties in a movie which otherwise deals with a very real and grave history. These artistic additions made the film’s themes all the more impactful. I would really recommend watching.

  Super disturbing all the way until the final credits! Amazing contrast of a colorful, all American setting with war, plague, and psychopathy. The relationship with pearl and her family is represented with great nuiance which makes the situation even spookier. Would def recommend!!
