Watched 3/6/25 - Super good movie. Had watched it once before but didn’t really remember a lot of it. There were parts where I remembered what happened but overall it still felt like I was watching a new film. Super good, I cried at the end and the story was honestly plausible for what could happen to Earth in a generation or so. I think I would cry a lot more if I watched this movie if I had kids. The cinematography was great (it’s Christopher Nolan so duh) and the music (and silence) elevated the movie to a new level for sure.

Watched 3/7/25 - Would def watch again. Gave Breakfast Club/16 Candles/Ferris Bueller’s Day Off vibes. And 80s type classic. It was an enjoyable, fun watch but not something where my mind was blown. A comforting movie
I liked this movie. Nothing amazing but a good watch. I don’t think it depicted Wellesley as accurate for the time based on my understanding but I’m not sure. I got the gist of the message (kind of hard to miss lol), but I also appreciated how Julia Stiles’ character pushed Julia Robert’s to think outside the box of how she is pushing against the stereotypical 1950s woman. It did throw me for a loop when one of the characters…
