There are numerous aspects I can dissect about this movie. All in all, I enjoyed it. Mikey was so convincing during the scene where the two men were trying to detain her, my body was reacting viscerally to her stress. On the surface, this is a naive lustful story of falling into a relationship too fast without truly knowing a person. Overall, I felt this movie lacked momentum and drive. If the intention was to impart upon the viewer the lulling redundant purgatory that was Priscilla’s life alongside Elvis, then it was spot on. I just don’t find it to be worthy of a two hour film.
