The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King 2003

Perfection, nothing else really. This trilogy captures every possible emotion in the most authentic way. From triumph to defeat, joy to sorrow, and fear to courage, the trilogy is just a series of peaks and valleys representing the human condition. Genius filmmaking and CGI that still holds up 20 years later. Also it’s surprising how much they cut out of the original version. The extended editions provide great context and include some very necessary scenes. Their ability to perfectly intertwine the various narratives while having the pacing be good is just another reason this movie is so special. I’ve never seen anything better.Translated from by -
